NIPPON IN THE PACIFIC, INVASION" OF LOYALTY ISLANDS. Sydney, August 12. , Watriama, who claims to bo King of the Loyalty Islands, points out the seriousness of the situation caused by tho increasing numbers of Japanese in those islands. The majority are employed in the nickel mines. Some are soldiers and spies. Watriama is convinced that if something is not done the Japanese flag will be flying over tho islands within two or three years, and over Australia before many years.
