CANTERBURT t., SOUTHLAND. (By Telegraph—Pre63 Association.) ' Christchurch, August 11. The representative hockey nftitch, Canterbury v. Southland, played to-day, resulted in favour of the home team b.v ft Reals to 1. Canterbury led by 4 goals to 1 at the end of the first spell, but. in the second spell Southland, got going strongly, nnd scored two goals in muck succession by splendid rushes from end to end.
