Two ounces flour, loz. butter, 2oz. sugar, half-pint milk, 2 eggs (well beaten), yolks and Whites separate. Beat the butter to a cream; beat in tho Hour, sugar, yolks of eggs, and milk; beat well, and let the mixture stand two hours before cooking;' then fold in tho whites beaten stiffly; buko for twenty minutes in well-buttered saucers; pluco tho pancakes one on top of the other, cither spreading jam between or serving with a nico jam or melted, butter sauce.
