fSpocially Written for The Dominion.] SATURDAY. Vegetable Soup. Baugout of Bal>bit. Potatoes. Spiuach. Baked Jam Roly Poly. Sweet Saueo. SUNDAY. Oyster Soup. Boast Veal, Bolls of Baoon. Baked Potatoes. Brussels Sprouts. Banbury Puffs. Passion Fruit Pudding. SUPPEB. Cold Boast Veal. Cold Ham. Salad. Meringues. Fruit Salad. Cream. PASSION FRUIT PUDDING. Three ounces butter, 3oz.- sugar, Goz. flour, 1 small teaspoon baking powder, 2 eggs, the juice and pulp of 6 passion fruit, squeeze of lemon juioe, 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat the butter and sugar' to a oreani, separate the whites froni tho yolks of the eggs, halvo the passion fruit, and remove the-pnlp; add the yolks to the cream and butter and sugar, then the milk (gradually), half tho Hour antl baking powder (sift<xl), then tho passion fruit and lemon juice; tiicn tho remainder of tho flour, and lastly tho stiffly-beaten whites, stirring them in as lightly as possible. Put the mixture into a well-greased mould, and steam 1J hours. Serve with 6weet sauce. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
