Baked Potatoes. Brussels Sprouts. Banbury Puffs. Passion Fruit Pudding. SUPPEB. Cold Boast Veal. Cold Ham. Salad. Meringues. Fruit Salad. Cream. PASSION FRUIT PUDDING. Three ounces butter, 3oz.- sugar, Goz. flour, 1 small teaspoon baking powder, 2 eggs, the juice and pulp of 6 passion fruit, squeeze of lemon juioe, 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat the butter and sugar' to a oreani, separate the whites froni tho yolks of the eggs, halvo the passion fruit, and remove the-pnlp; add the yolks to the cream and butter and sugar, then the milk (gradually), half tho Hour antl baking powder (sift<xl), then tho passion fruit and lemon juice; tiicn tho remainder of tho flour, and lastly tho stiffly-beaten whites, stirring them in as lightly as possible. Put the mixture into a well-greased mould, and steam 1J hours. Serve with 6weet sauce. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
