A strike organised by syndicalists has broken out in Milan. Sorious rioting occurred, and tho troops were oallod out to preserve order. They wero stoned by the strikers, and retaliated with their swords, 50 strikora being badly wounded. A hundred rioters have been arrested. Tho electricity was cut oil three days ago, and the tramway cars are not running. ' Tho Duko Abruzri was stoned by tho strikers while ho was crossing a square;
