Michel and tho Reform Government was bald to-night to rcceive lists andarrango tlio form of tho presentation to bo mado to Mr. Michel. Tliexe was a crowded attendance, and tho proceedings wero most enthusiastic. A sum of £<X 0 has,boon subscribed, which will be presented _to Mr. Michel at a Reform demonstration to bo hcikl next week. Tho date in to bo arranged by the committee. • The peoplo, by their solid practical enthusiasm are determined to suitably signify thoir approval of Mr. Michsl'B groat courage. It was resolved by tho, meeting to ask any member of tho Government able to do so to attend.
