Hawley, Union Street, Foxton, who, in April, bought somp fowls from Mr. Leger, Levin, writes to this breeder as follows:—'Mrs. Hawlav did not keep a record of eggs ot first, but I have kept them myself for six weeks, tfith tho following results:—33, 34.-.35, 35, 3G. 34; total, 207 for six weeks from six pullets. That is better than any pen either at the N.Z. Tests or the Victorian Government Tests, at Melbourne, which I get overy week, so I am well pleased with them.'"
