WORLDS'MEDICAL CONGRESS
"BRIGHTEST STARS IN THE MEDICAL FIRMAMENT." By Tekeraph.—Press Association—CopjriEht (Rec. August 6, 10.10 p.m.) London, August 6. The Government has banqueted five hundred delegates to the International Medical Congress, at the Hotel Cecil. Lord Morley presided at the function, amd in addressing the guests, said that the gathering was genuinely international —"tlio brightest stars in the medical firmament." The Congress would not fail to be a real and powerful, unifying agent. Prince Arthur of Oommught will formally open tho deliberations of tho Congress at the Albert Hall to-day. Twenty-three halls have been secured for the accommodation of tho various sections. Six hundred pages will be read, and discussions will be conducted, in certain sections, in English, and in others, in French, German, or Italian, while at least one section will use Esperanto in its discussions.
