TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for Thk Dominion.] ; THURSDAY. Million Broth. Cssserole of Mutton. Potatoes. Cabbage. Apple I'lidding. Cream. CASSEROLE OP MUTTOX. About 2 cupfuls boiled rise, 2 onions, 3. gills gravy, chopped parsley, butter, salt and pepper, cold mutton. Butter a pieddsli thickly, put in a layer of rice, then some slices of cold meat and onion cut in very thin rings; season with pepper, salt, and parsley. Repeat until all is used, having rice for tho top layer; add the gravy; cover with a groused paper, and bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 50 minutes. Turn out on to n hot dish, and serve. A little tomato sauce addod makes this dish delicious. TOR. TO-MORROW. Stock, carrots, 1 schnapper, stale bread, sultanas or raisins. Defiance Butter. All Grocers'
