(Dy Tcleßrar.h--Prci : s' AKWtetlon.),' M Ghriatchurch, August G. * The circumstances connected Willi ttiG Ca'licl Street lability, in which a young girl, Ida Una Heath Bradley, lost her Hie through being, run down, by, a taxi- , cat)'on July 24, were related at the Mag- : istrato's Court to-day, when Philip James Kelly was charged with manslaughter. At the inquest en the girl the District Coroner recorded a verdict: "'lhat doceased had been run over by a taxi-cab driven by Phillip James Kelly ill a negligent manner," and the present clinrgo was then-preferred against ■ him. l' jVl * deuce was given similar to that tendered ■ at the iwiuot, and the accused was committed for trial. .
