The Turkish Grand Vizier 'has warned XI. Natchevitz, the Bulgarian representative, that tho Bulgarian atrocities on Turkish prisoners wore exciting the troops, and that unless theso ceased it would bo impossible to prevent an advance across tho border. Bucharest, August 5. The armistice has been extended a further three days. Servia intimates that no further extension will be possible. RUMOURED ARREST OF DR. DANEFF. (Rec. August 5, 11.10 p.m.) London, August 5. The "Daily Telegraph" states that there is an unconfirmed report circulating in Belgrade, and emanating from Sofia, that Dr. Datieff has been arrested on a charge of having improperly used tho secret service funds.
