HOP-PICKERS' RIOTS.
THREE STATE OFFICIALS KILLED. By Telepraph—Press Association—Copyright (Reo. August 4, 11.40 p.m.) ,New York, August 4. Five companies of militia are ready to proceed to tho wheat fields in. Yuba County, where four hundred hop-pickers 'are rioting. Their demands for higher wages were refused.
The District Attorney and two deputies were killed in a fight, while the sheriff,! a constable,' and several others were injured.
