FOE FAKING A LIBEL ON THE TROOPS. (Sydney "Sun" Special.) ' Johannesburg, August 8, Mr. Justice Weasels, of tho Supreme Court, presiding over the Commission regarding the Band trouble, severely censured a photographer for "faking" a picture depicting troops shooting a defenceless man outside the club. He described the man's action as a contemptible libel on troops doing their duty.'
