BULGARIAN THRONE.
CHANGE OF RULER PREDICTED. (Sydney "Sun" Special—Aug. 2, G. 20 p.m.) Berlin, August 2. The "Koepenische Zeitung" states that a change of Ruler in Bulgaria is a certainty, and that numerous pretenders will be forthcoming. No action would be taien until peace and disarmament have been consummated in the Balkans. The Powers are aware of the intrigues, but are-desirouß that Bulgaria 6hould not be weakened as the result of the peace negotiations.
