Tho Rumanian and Bulgarian delegates havo practically agreed upon tlie Turtu-kai-Dobritch-Baltcliik frontier, l>ut Greece, Montenegro, and Servia proposo a frontier nearer Struma than the Vardar Valley. Tlio Bulgarians insist that the Ishtib' and Egri Palanka districts should be included within their frontier. It is probablo that Lako Doiran will form a meeting-place for tho new Bulgar-Kerb-Greck territories.
