HOW DEFAULTERS APE TREATED. Regulations governing tho detention and form of employment for persons committed to military custody under tho Defence Amendment Act, 1912—practically the same as tho provisional draft which was'-tabled in tho House, and published in The Dominion recently—have now been gazetted.
