THREAT BY CARBONARIOS.

The Lord-Mayor of London has received a threatening letter from Portuguese Carbonados, as a result of the calling of the attention of the House of Lords to the condition of slavery existing in the islands of Sao Thome and Principe (West Africa), and also Angola.
