REBELS LOSE NANKING. By Telttraph—Press Association—Copyright Peking, July 30. Nanking has abandoned tho rebel movement. Four thousand northern troops havo arrived at Yang-Tso, and are preparing to march on Woosung. The influx of refugees is causing anxiety in Shanghai, where food supplies are interrupted, ond famine is feared. The consuls have protested to the northern admirals against'tho-firing of shells over Shanghai.
