NEW SOUTH WALES SCHEME. By Telegraph.—Pie£3 Association— Copyrieht London, July 30. 'An anonymous sympathiser has offered to advance tie fares, where necessary, to carry out the New South Wales Immigration Department's widows' scheme. Tho first contingent will sail in October next.
Tho New South Wales Immigration Department is arranging to 6end out small batches of widows of the artisan class, with one child; also, tea-shop waitresses if they are prepared to accept domestic service.
