Oue onion, one small applo, one tomato, ono ounce butter, "0110 tablespoon ground rice, half a tablespoon curry powder, ouo teaspoon clnitMy, juice of half a lemon, half a pint milk, two dozen oysters, salt. Mince tko onion, apple, and tomato. Fry in the butter iv light brown, then add the tTOund rice and curry powder; beat smooth, then add the milk gradually, adding the salt and .chutney. Simmer twenty minutes. Hub through a sieve. Ketiuli to the saucepan, add the oysters, bearded, and lemon juice. Servo with a border of rico. FOE TO-MORROW. Half a pint peas (soaked overnight), two pounds sausages, a few rashers,' figs for stowing. FOR SATURDAY. Ono ox tail, leg of pork, forcemeat, apples, one ox tongue, salad, stale sponge cake, oranges. Defiance Butter. All Grocers*
