FEILDING ITEMS,

Feilding, July 31. There is such a brisk -demand just now by tenants for good houses that land agents are not able to meet it. Ono agent states that ho has just secured a tenant for a house which had been unoocupied for two years, and ho has several tenants waiting for fairly good dwellings. Anothor agent also reports that he cannot meet the demand. Although there is nothing to warrant a boom in housebuilding, it is acknowledged that properties aro improving in value, and that more families aro making their homes here.
