Having secured tlio title, lit returned to Now Zealand, and ho has jnsl purchased Cm tho AVanfjanui district 20 Romnoys, 20 Lincolns, 20 Border Leicesters, and 20 Corriedales. whilo 20 merinos are to bo purchased in tho south. These will bo experimented with, and tlio slleec best adapted for tho cliniato will bo selected, and purchases on a large scale will be mads next year. The experiment will be watched with tlio greatest interest.
