Ah Lo was charged with being the occupier of a common gaming house, while charges of being found on tho premisw were preferred against Stephen Sullivan, John Saunders, Frank Blythman, James Thomas Biggs, Geo. Sandbrook, and Charlie Hoe. Of those found in tho Warning Street house, Ah Tor was charged with being the keeper of a common gaming house, while charges of being found on the premises wero preferred against tho following: Michael ' Higgihs, Charles Matheson, 'Win.' Henry Eagar, Cornelius Cronin, Charles Borck, Joe Mee, and She Tong. Applications for bail werx made ond tho two alleged "keepers" wero allowed to go on recognisances of .£IOO. A sum of £5 was fixed as tho bail on which tho others would be released. Three of tho arrested men were, unable to find tho necessary amount and had perforoo to 6peiul the night in the lock-up. y
