Troops have been dispatched to the South. (Sydney "Sun" Special,) Peking, July 26. The rebels at Shanghai have made a scries of attacks on the arsenal. Admiral Tseng dispersed them with severe shell fire. The Consuls have protested at tho Admiral's erratio firing, as many shells fell into the European settlement.
