The Board of Governors of Wellington College met yesterday morning, there being present:—Messrs. A. de B. Brandon (in tlie chair), J. P. Luke, R. Lee, \V. F-. Ward, and W. H. Field. The statement. of. accounts showed a credit balance of .£1613 3s. lid. Payments passed wore:—Wellington College. .£493 3s. 6d.; Girls' College, .£392 185. Gd.; total, i£BB6 2s. Fees outstanding were: Wellington College, ,£I3IG Us. Gd.j Girls' College, .£1619 17s. Gd.:. total, 12s. Rents outstanding totalled .£215 17s. Gd., the total amount duo to the board being thus .£3879 Us. sd.
