HAVELOCE WILSON GOES TO LAW. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright ' London, July 24. Mr. Havelocfc Wilson, general secretary of the Seamen's Union, is suing the Shipping Federation and others for conspiracy to make him bankrupt. (Eec. July 25, 11.20 p.m.) London, July 25. At the hearing of tho case, counsel alleged that the bankruptcy proceedings wero instituted in 1906 in order to prejudice Havelock Wilson's seat in Parliament, and again in 1911, during the maritime crisis, when Wilson was most active.
