(From Our Special Correspondent.) « — At the Methodist Church, Lower Hutt, yesterday afternoon, the Rev. Yallance Cook (of London) conducted a serrico. There was a largo attendance. Jones and 1!. J. Smith. At the weekly mooting of the Hope of Petonc Lodge of Good Templars, No. 187, Bro. K. Parkin, C.T., presided. Sister Ijpadbrook, D.S.J.T., was a visitor to tho lodise, and was cordially welcomed. Upon the businr ; s of the lodges being transacted, a short recess was granted by the C.T.
