Wootton, the well-known trainer, against Robert Sievier,. of the "Winning Post," was continued to-day. Sievier declined to go into the witnessbox. Addressing the jury, he denounced starting-price betting by stables. The Wootton.% hb saiii, were at the top of the trie for everything foul in riding. Wontton was not a trainer of quadrupeds, but of bipeds; his apprentices conveyed lii.s instructions to the horses. Frank Wootton was getting heavy, and was making n last desperate effort to win bets for his father, unmindful of the limbs of other jockeys. ,
