TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for The Dominion.] MONDAY. Spinach soup. Corned beef. Dumplings. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Baked .jam rolypoly. Sweet Sauce. SPINACH SOUP. Two small bundles spinach, half a pint milk, ono ounce flouir, one pint stock, one ounco butter, salt and cayenne to taste. Boil the spinach in a small quantity of water for ten minutes, strain well and chop fine, mix with a little melted butter, rub through a sieve. Put it into the boiling stock, add the milk and the flour, and butter, mixe-d to a past?, stir over the fire until it boils. .Boil five minutes. (Two tablespoons of cream are an improvement in this souip; add with the melted butter to th.9 spinach.) FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, potatoes, curry powder, cold meat, rice, breadcrumbs, suet.
