The order has been given to place tho Austrian Dreadnought Tegetthoff'in commission. , The vessel] which was laid down in 1910 and launched on March 12 of last year, is the second of tho four battleships of the Virilus Unitis class. She has a displacement of 20,000 tons, and mountsi twelve 12-inch guns in four turrets on the middle-line, so placed that six can firo astern and six * ahead, and the whole twelvo on the broadside.
