In tho House of Commons Mr. Samuel, in reply to questions regarding tho Imperial wireless telegraphy contract, said that upon learning of Hcrr Goldschmidfs reported communication between Hanover ■and tho United States by his system of wireless telegraphy, he had asked Herr Goldschmidt to demonstrate. Ho had replied that ho was unable to do so until August. In tho circumstances tho Government did not propose to invite tenders, as it would involve a delay of at least another nino months.
