TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS. TE ARO-WOODVILLE LINE. On 16th and 19th July Race trains will run as under:— FOE RACECOURSE—To Aro dep. 10.28 and 10.48 a.m., Wellington 10.23, 10.45, 11.5 a.m., 12.10 (Saturday only), 12.15 (Saturday only), 1.10 p.m. (Wednesday only). The 10.28 a.m. train from Te Aro and 10.45 a.m. train from Wellington will not stop for passengers en route. Tlio 10.23 a.m., 12.10 (Saturday only) and 1.10 p.m. (Wednesday) trains from Wellington will stop at Petono and Lower Hutt for passengers. The 10.48 a.m. train from To Aro will stop at Petono for passengers. Tlio 11.5 a.m. train from Wellington will stop' at Lower Hutt for passengers. FROM RACECOURSE-For Wellington and To Aro 4.18 and 4.40 p.m., aud for Wellington only at 4.25, 4.53, and 5.8 p.m. Tho 4.10, 4.53 and 5.8 p.m. trains will stop at Lower Hutt, Petone and Ngahauranga for passengers. The 4.25 and 4.40 p.m. trains will stop at Lower Hutt and Petono for passengers. Passengers from Ngahauranga will require to travel by the train leaving Ngahauranga at 10.10 a.m. and 12.25 p.m. (Saturday); those from Petono by trains leaving Petone at 10.18, 10.38, 11.10 a.m., 12.25 (Saturday), 12.33 (Saturday), 1.25 p.m. (Wednesday); those from Lower Hutt by trains leaving Lower Hutt at 10.25. 10.43, 11.21 a.m., 12.31 (Saturday). 12.42 (Saturday), and 1.31 p.m. (Wednesday). Race trains will not stop between Lower Hutt and Trentham. Trains will leave Masterton 7.30,- 8.45 a.m., Carterton 7.57, 9.12 a.m., Greytown 8.5, 9.20 a.m., Featherston 8.37, 9.50 a.m., Itailoke 10.18, 11.28 a.m., and arrive Trentham 10.52 and 11.58 a.m. Train for Masterton, stopping, if required, at all stations, will leave Trentham at 4.50 p.m., Upper Hutt 5.25, Kaitoke 6.0, Foutherston 7.23, Greytown arr. 7.55, Masterton arr. 8.35 p.m. Season tickets (Press reporters' tickets excepted), Tourist tickets and free passes will not be available by tho Eace trains. The only trains by which race _ tickets, will be issued will be the Eaco trains, tho D.35 a.m. To Aro-Woodvillb train (from Ngalmuranga, Petone, and Lower Hutt only), tho 12.15 p.m. Wellington-Unper Hutt (on 19th only), tho 1.10 p.m. Wol-lington-TJpper Hutt (on 16th only), the 1.8 p.m. Te Aro-Upper Hutt. (19th only), qnd the 1.20 p.m. Wellington-Upper Hutt trains. The usual 7.30 n.m. Masterton-Welling-ton train will leave Masterton at 8.45 a.m., Carterton 9.12. Woodside 9.35, Featherston 9.50, ICaitoke 11.28, Upper Hutt 11'.53, Trentham arr. 11.58, dep. 12.0 noon, Lower Hutt 12.30 p.m., Petone 12.34. Ngahauranga 12.42, Wellington arr. 12.52 p.m. A special passenger train for Trentham will leave Masterton at 7.80 a.m., Carterton 7.57, Greytown 8.5, Featherston 8.37, Trentham arrive 10.52 a.m. Additional train will leave Greytown for Woodside at 9.20 a.m., making connection at Woodside with the 8.45 a.m. train from Masterton. The 4.15 ' p.m. Wellington-Masterton train will NOT stop at Trentham. Passengers from Trentham for stations Unper Hutt and beyond will travel from Trentham to Upper Hutt by special train leading Trentham at 4.50 p.m. and join through train at Upper Hutt. The 9.35 a.m. To Aro-Woodvillo train will leave Kaiwarra 10.5, Ngahauranga 10.10. Petono 10.18, Lower Hutt 10.25, Upper Hutt arrive 11.5 a.m., dep. 11.51 a.m., thence at usual times. An extra train will leavo Lower Hutt for Wellington at 11.28 a.m. The usual 10.15 n.m. train Lower Hutt to Wellington will leave Lower Hutt 10.48 a.m., .Wellington arr. 11.10 n.m. An extra train, stopping whero required for passengers, will leave Upper Hutt for Wellington at 4.30 p.m. This train will ston where required between Upper Hutt and Lower Hutt for passengers, but will NOT stop at Ngahauranga and Kaiwarra. The 4.47 p.m. train Upper Hutt to Wellington will leave. Upper Hutt at 4.58 p.m.. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby givsn that the Eastbourne Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan for the purpose of Purchasing the Ferry Steamers Duchess and Cobar, and establishing a Municipal Ferry Service between Wellington and the Eastern side of Wellington Harbour, in accordance with an agreement dated the 26th day of June, 1913, between tlie Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of tho Borough lof / Eastbourne of tho one part, and tho Wellington Harbour Ferries, Limited, and the Wellington Steam Ferry Company, Limited, of the other part. Tho sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £15,000. The Council proposes to make and pledgo as security for tho loan and interest a Special Eate of 2.1 d. in tho pound on the Unimproved 1 Value of all rateable property in tho Borough of Eastbourne as an annual recurring rate for a period of twenty-one 1 years or during tho currency of tho loan.
