KITTY MARION AGAIN.
FINED FOR WINDOW-SMASHING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, July 13. Kitty Marion, the Suffragette who was previously sentenced in -connection with her participation in the recent Hurst Park racecourse pavilion fire, and released after "hunger-striking," was brought before the Police Court, and was fined 10s., and ordered to pay damages, amounting to 505., the alternative being twenty-one days' imprisonment, for breaking a window in the Homo Office. The wife of Captain Humphrey Mackworth was fined JCIO, with «£lO. oosts, for posting explosives and firing a letter-box at Newport, Monmouth. DOMESTIC POKER 'AS A MISSILE. (Sydney "Sun" Special—July Id, 6.30 p.m.) London, July 14. During the royal visit of King George and Queen Mary to Liverpool, a woman hurled a poker through a shop window and then rushed to the local Suffragette office, where sho was arrested. Sho has been identified as Mrs. Jolly, the secretary of the local branch of the 1 Women's Politioal Union. NON-MILITANT SUFFRAGETTES. (Sydney "Sun",Special—July 14, 6.30 p.m.) London, July 14. The first batch' of a thousand non-mili-tant Suffragettes, who are marching to London from every part of England, have arrived. A notable foature of the event is the evidence of sympathy and support from the clergy and the Mayors of tho cities. The donations to tho demonstration fund total ;£4079.
