The Admiralty Court found that the steamer Tainui was three-fourths and the Inoa one»fourth to blame for the collision in May last. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company's steamer Tainui, 9950 tons gross, Homeward bound, collided with the steamer Inca, 3593 tons, belonging to the Pacific Steam Navigation Company, during a dense fog, fifty miles north of Finisterre, Spain.
