DETAILS OP NEW VESSELS. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Sydney "Sun" Special—July 10, 7.25 p.m.) Berlin, July 10. The two latest l German battleships will carry eight 15in. guns, instead of ten 12in. gun 3, while their middle armament will consist of sixteen, instead of fourteen 6in. guns. Tho four big-gun turrets are placed on the middle line of the warship.
