Catholic Congress at Plymouth Cardinal Bourne (Archbishop of Westminster) advocated tho establishment of an international press agency for the-circulation of Catholic news. Ho said that matters sometimes were published to tho discredit of tho Church. This was not necessarily intentional, but perhaps the result of incomplete information.
