Reuter's correspondent states that the Balkan war has now been regularised by formal declarations. The Powers, it is stated, content themselves with an expression of 6frong disapproval of the resumption of fighting, but make no attempt to mediate. BULGAR-TURK ARRANGEMENT. (Rec. It is understood that Bulgaria has agreed to the Porte'e demand for tho ovaeuation. of Enos Midia, on condition that the Turkish troops do not cross tho frontier and attack Bulgaria. The Servians have routed the Bulgarians near Is'htib, and recovered a number of guns which had previously been lost. RUMANIAN SOLDIERS' ACT. HUNGARIAN STEAMER FIRED ON. (Rec. July 9,11.35 p.m.) Vienna, July 9. Some Rumanian soldiers fired on the Hungarian steamer Tegetthoff, which i was conveying Bulgarian 6oldiers between Witlin .and Lompolanka. ,Two of the passengers on board the steamer were wounded. Austria hias demanded satisfaction. BATTLE AT DOIRAN. A BULGARIAN DISASTER. (Rec. July 9, 11.35 p.m.) Salonika, July 9. A correspondent at the Greek headquarters states that a force of forty thousand Bulgarians was engaged at Doiran (50 miles north of Salonika, near the railway line to Constantinople). A new Bulgarian division, which had recently arrived from. Chatalja, was practically annihilated. The Bulgarians carried off the Archbishop of Photios, and a score of Greek notables.
