NOTICE is also hereby given that the Wellington City Council intends to levy a portion (threepence and one farthing) of- the Special Rate of Fourpe'nce Haitpemiy in tho Pound on tho basis of the urimproved valuo on all rateable property of that part of the City of Wellington known as the Wadestown District, being all tho land comprised in the City of Wellington that was formerly part of tho Borough of Onslow, for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund, ar-d charges in respect of tho Wellington City (Wadestown District) Tramway Loan of .£33,000, payable by two equal halfyearly instalments on the dates fixed in that behalf by tile Special.Order making the said Rate, during the yearly period of the years 1013 and 1914 covered by. tho said rate.
