■WHY PEEKS WED ACTRESSES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Sydney "Sua" Special.) Sydney, July 7. Lady Troubridgo, author of several novels and a serious play ("Mrs. Oakleigh," produced at the New Theatre in 1003), in an article in the press on "Why Peers Wed Actresses," says that it is natural for the hunted animal to seek cover. Less scheming is wanted in London society, and more informal meetings of young men and girls.
