Under tlio new schedule it is proposed to bring tho fihargo down to Bcl. per unit, and to alter tho discount rates. That would mean that the basis rate far current would be roduml by 2d. per unit, but tho discount would bo proportionately less, the not !jain to consumers being approximately ono penny per unit.
