BAIL IN MURDER CHARGE.
THE ORE ORE CASE. (By Tclmapb.—Prof* Association.! Wanganul, July 3. At tlio Magistrate's Court at Bactihl to-day, boforo Mr. Haselden, S.M., Poti Tetua was charged with tli,o murder of Joseph Graham at Ore Oro, on Satnr(lav Sub-Inspector Jlarsack, of Palmerston North, appeared for the prosecution, and Mr. T. A. Harris, of Haetiln, for tho defence. Accused reserved her defence, and was committed for trial to tho Supremo Court at Palincrston North, oa August 19. . Tho Magistrate said that it was not; customary to grant ball in the usuai course, in such cases, but, in the present instance, ho would grant bail to the accused in her own surety of .£IOO, and two other sureties of =£200 each. -
