Wellington's' fish supply should Ira greatly increased in the future. Captain Eckford, owner of the steamers Energy, Opawa, nnd Wat rait. has .made arrangements whereby the Energy is to operate in Cloudy Hay and the bounds, only coining into Wellington for coal nnd water, which she will require about every ten days. Hot fish will be brought to Wellington by the Opawa and Wairau. Hie first shipment under this new arrangement reached Wellington yesterday morning. per the Wairau, and consisted of large quantities of ling, flounders, soles and cod, obtained by Energy in Cloudy Bay. Shipments will qome to hand from this place every tiny tins week.
