Dalgoty and Company, Ltd., report:—We hold our fortnightly 6ale of wool, skins, hides, and tallow yosterday afternoon, whan we offered a good caUv loguo to a representative attendance of buyers. Prices for hides and wool—bag wool only being offered—were on a par with last sales' rates, whilst first-quality 6kins were advanced Jd. to id. per lb. Abrs/ham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows on their wool, skin and hide sale:—Wo offered a big catalogue comprising 4000 dlioepskins and 200 hides, tallow, etc. There was the usual attendance of buyers, and the market for skins and wool was very firm. Hides, on the other hand, met with, littlo demand, but prices wore about on; a par with last sale. Quotations:—Woot (in bags): Dead wool. 71d. to 73d.; crutchings, 71d.; locks. 4Jd. to 4}d. Murray, Boberte and Co., Ltd., report:—We submitted a catalogue of EOOO sheepskins, 950 hides, and about 100 calfskins. There was a large attendance of buyers at the pale, and prices were well maintained et tho ratin ruling lately, competition bring very, ten for light-weight hides, which are at present! in good demand. Our catalcgue contained 501110 very large lines of well saved crossbred 6kins, and those met with very keen competition, making up to 9d. per lb.
