NEW SOUTH WALES CROPS.

The official returns show that the total area in New South Wales under various crops during the 1911-12 season was 3,7311,450 acres. Tlio wheat yield is given ut .'i2,175,813 bushels, an average of 14.G bushels to the acre. According to tho stock returns, tho horses total 716,4-11, an increase of 27,437; cattle, 3,233,150, a decrease of 71,080; sheep, 39,130,118, a decrease of 5,511,109, compared with the previous year.
