SERVIA'S NOTE.
TO BULGARIA. PROMISE AND FULFILMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. June 25, 10.45 p.m.) Belgrade, June 25. Tho Servian Nolo to Bulgaria asserts that the course of the war lias so modified tile treaty that it has mado its obligatory value questionable. Servia's right, was now greater because the Allies had conquered more, territory than they (the Allies) had contemplated; also, that the Great Powers had allowed Bulgaria to re--lain Thrace and Adrianople. and deprived Servia of most important territory. Servia claims? territory for all sacrifices made by her on behalf of Bulgaria, which the treaty did not provide for. Both Servia and Bulgaria agreed to provide 100,000 troops for tho Vardar operations, but Bulgaria had not fulfilled her obligations, Servia being compelled l to tako up the Vardar burden. When Turkey agreed to cede the zones which the treaty agreed they should conquer, the object of tho war was attained, but Bulgaria had demanded Ihe cession of Thrace and Adrianoplc. Hence the war continued to impose greater sacrifices upon Servia, outside the treaty. A MILITARY COUP-DE-MAIN. (Rec. June 20, 0.30 a.m.) Vienna, June 25. It is believed that M. Pasics's return to office involves Servia abandoning her demand for a revision of the nnti-war treaty. Tho Tsar will only arbitrato upon the allocation of that part of Macedonia ■within the disputable zone. A military coup-de-main is feared.
