NARROW ESCAPE OF EXPRESS TRAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association— Oopyriffht London, Juno 23. A sleeper was placed on the rails in a tunnel at Devonport, It was discovered a few minute before the London-Ply-mouth express was due. It is attributed to Suffragettes.
