The journal "Reichspost" deolares that war between Servia and Bulgaria is a matter of hours unites Servia yields all along tho line. PEACE COUNSELS IN VAIN. SERVIA WILL NOT DEMOBILISE. Belgrade, Juno 23. The Servian Cabinet has resigned, M. I'asdcs, tho Premier, being unable to persuade his colleagues to favour a peaceliil settlement of the dispute between Servia and Bulgaria. Though Servia rejects Bulgaria's conditions with regard to demobilisation, she has re-urged unconditional acceptance of the original proposal. Servia is willing to accept arbitration, but not on the basis of tho anti-war agreement. There was fighting on Wednesday last between a Bulgarian band and tho Seventh Servian Regiment at the village of Zlotovo. The Bulgarians wero driven out, losing twelve men. The Servians lost three.
ADMINISTRATIVE DEADLOCK. (Rec. June 24, 10.50 p.m.) Belgrade, June 2i. The Servian Minister for War has refused to take any responsibility for the army's action if Russia's conditions regard to tho arbitration proposals are ac-' copted. He advised that an ultimatum be sent to Bulgaria. Hence M. Pasic's resignation. Tho Opposition has now refused to form a Government. WAR FEVER AT SOFIA. Sofia, June 23. A mass meeting hero demanded that Bulgaria should take immediate military action in Macedonia. SIGNIFICANT. PREPARATIONS. RE-ESTABLISHING WAR HOSPITALS. Athens, June 23. Queen Sophia of Greece has deferred liar visit to Germany, and is devoting herself to the ro-cstablishment of the war hospitals. The newspapers vehemently dcnounc© Bulgaria's attitude. The correspondent of a Bulgarian news ' agency has been expelled from Salonika [for disseminating false news.
ATTITUDE OF GREECE. BULGARIA'S POLICY CRITICISED. (Rec. June 24, 10.50 p.m.) Athens, June 24. Tho Greek Foreign Minister (M. Coromilas) states'that Greece isready to submit all questions to goneral arbitration, carried out simultaneously by tho same arbitrators. "Bulgaria," he declares, "cannot assert that tho partition of the conquered territory is a matter which she is entitled to settle with, each ally separately, particularly as that was ncier mentioned in the agreement prior to the war, upon which Tier claim is based.'
