Servia is willing to accept arbitration, but not on the basis of tho anti-war agreement. There was fighting on Wednesday last between a Bulgarian band and tho Seventh Servian Regiment at the village of Zlotovo. The Bulgarians wero driven out, losing twelve men. The Servians lost three.
