DOVER BY-ELECTION.

Lord Duncannoiu (Unionist) has been elccted \inopposed for the Dover seat in the House of Commons rendered vacant by the death of the Eight Hon. George Wyndham. Viscount Dnncannon is heir to the earldom of Bessborough, arid was at ono time member for Cheltenham. He has also been a member of the London County Council. The late Mr. George Wyndlmm, whom Lord Duncannon succeeds in the constituency of Dover, was returned unopposed at the last general election.
