[Specially Written for Tjik Dominion.] SATQKmr. 1 Pea Soup. Pork Sausages. Chip Potatoes, Swede -Turnips. Boiled Lemon Pudding. .SUNDAY, Oyster Soup, toast I,e R 0 f Pork. Apple Sauco. .Baked Potatoes. Brussels Sprouts. Canary Pudding. . FOR SUPPER. Cold Roast Pork. Celery Salad. Meringues. Orango Delight, ORANGE DELIGHT. Five oranges, 1 teacup white sugar, 1 pint milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon cornllour. led the oranges, and cut iu thin slices, removing alt tho pips; sift the sugar over them; heat the milk by lotting it steam in a saucepan of boiling water; mix tho cornflour smoothly with a littlo cold milk; add the hot milk, then the beaten yolks of tho eggs. Stir till thick, and pour over tho oranges. Beat tho whites to a stiff froth,' add a tablespoon of white sugar, and put on top of the custard. -Put in the oven for a few moments to set tho meringue.
