WIRELESS TELEPHONY.
EARLY DEVELOPMENT PREDICTED. By Telegraph—Rrcss Association—Copyright London, June 19. "The Standard" states that Mr. Durtnall, an English engineer, claims to have invented a generator for producing heavy current at high and also variable frequency. The paper predicts early wireless telephonic communication over a distance of several hundred miles, also the establishment of big oentres for wireless distribution of correspondence. ["The new generator is in' the direction of simplification. Experiments in this direction have for some time been carried on by several electrical engineers, including Goldsohmidt and Gallatti.l
